Sustainable Highland Sourcing
We harvest the fast-growing Thysanolaena latifolia hill grass selectively. By cutting mature tall stalks only, we allow the underground perennial root network to stay active. This functions as a natural grid anchoring landslide-prone highland farms from monsoons.
Eco-Conscious Hand-Shaving
Each SAFFAYE broom is manufactured in localized carbon-neutral cottages. We do not use fossil-fueled heavy assembly machinery. Raw grass fibers are sun-cured outdoors for five days, and each wooden shaft is shaped with simple hand-shaves.
